The Solid Waste & Recycling Advisory Committee (SWARAC) is established as a Select Board advisory committee to work with town staff to assess the Town of Enfield’s solid waste and recycling programs, including curbside collection services and Transfer Station operations. The Committee will evaluate current conditions, best practices, and operational efficiencies in order to develop recommendations for service improvements and long-term sustainability.
