The Town of Enfield is pleased to offer Enfield 311, an online service request system powered by TownCloud.
Enfield 311 gives residents, businesses, and visitors a convenient way to report non-emergency concerns, request assistance, and communicate with Town departments. Requests submitted through the system are routed to the appropriate department for review and response.
Use Enfield 311 to report issues such as potholes, damaged signs, public works concerns, facilities issues, or other non-emergency service requests.
